For hire

Humans who ship.

Something in your business is stuck in chats, spreadsheets, or "we'll figure it out." Real people who find the real problem, propose a clear fix, and finish the job. Not a chatbot. Not a ticket queue.

How we work

Work like this.
Ring a bell?

Sample histories. Short and concrete. If one feels like your week, that is usually where we start.

The hiring chat that never ends

A people team was tracking candidates across WhatsApp groups and three spreadsheets. Nobody knew who was waiting on an interview.

We wired one recruiting funnel they can open every morning: stages, owners, and the tools they already used. Hiring managers stopped asking where each candidate stood.

Leads that die in the inbox

An insurance desk got quotes and follow-ups in chat and email. Hot leads went cold because the next step lived in someone's head.

We built a simple lead to follow-up flow with clear status. The team sees who is waiting, what is overdue, and what closed, without hunting threads.

The process stuck in the group

A local business ran a recurring paperwork loop entirely in a WhatsApp group. Files, yes or no, and who has the PDF, every week.

We turned that loop into one information flow: request in, status visible, handoff clear. The group chat stopped being the system of record.

How we work.
Clear numbers.

No published rate cards. No mystery hours. Discovery first, then a written proposal with outcome, scope, amount, and window.

01

Free discovery

About 30 minutes. You explain the pain; we ask sharp questions. Honest yes/no on fit.

02

Written proposal

Acceptance criteria (what "done" means), what's in/out, fixed amount, delivery window. usually within 48 hours.

03

Agree → we deliver

Only then the guarantee applies. We meet the written acceptance criteria for the agreed amount.

Guarantee

We keep working until every acceptance criterion in the proposal is met, for the amount we agreed. We do not stop at "hours ran out" if the outcome is not met because of us. After you accept, fixes that break a written acceptance criterion are covered for 3 months.

Flexibility during the project

Up to 3 change requests or 8 hours of adjustments (whichever comes first). Each change is at most 2 hours, same outcome, no new systems or second funnel. Anything else is a short written add-on before we start. You decide.

After handoff

You have 5 business days to accept (or report defects against the criteria). Then 3 months of fixes when delivered work breaks a written acceptance criterion. Maintenance, improvements, and new wishes are not free. That is what Continuity plans are for.

Fix = delivered work fails a written acceptance criterion. Maintenance and new changes are not fixes.

What goes into the quote

Only the disciplines the job needs. you see that before code ships.

First step is always a conversation. We'll say if we're not the right fit.

After the win.
Keep it paying.

Free discovery gets you in. The fixed-price project gets the result and includes 3 months of fixes. Continuity is for maintenance and changes each month, not for bugs we already cover.

The sequence

01

Attraction

Free discovery

Find the real problem. Honest yes or no on fit. No charge.

02

Core offer

Fixed-price project

Written outcome, fixed amount, delivery guarantee, then 3 months of fixes. This is the main win.

03

Continuity

Monthly plans below

Maintenance and agreed changes so the win does not rot. Not a fix plan. Cancel anytime.

Downsell

Minimal

From USD $350 / month

Light maintenance and care on what we shipped. Small questions. Fixes for the agreed outcome are already covered for 3 months. This plan is not for bug fixes.

Continuity (most choose this)

Ongoing

From USD $600 / month

Everything in Minimal, plus one agreed change or improvement each month on the same system. The win keeps compounding.

Upsell

Max

From USD $1,000 / month

Everything in Ongoing, faster response on maintenance, and room for a larger monthly change when the business needs it. Still scoped. Not unlimited chaos.

Join continuity at handoff and we often waive the first-month setup friction (bonus continuity). Ask about a prepaid annual discount. Prices confirmed on the proposal.
